Responsive, organized, and professional. Show up exactly when they say they will. Great use of modern tech to inform you of appointments, estimates, etc, combined with personal communication. Once I decided to use Walsh Brothers, I paid the deposit electronically. Within 5 minutes, their office called me to let me know they were filing for permits and would be in touch shortly to schedule my work. And they WERE! Kevin was prompt, knowledgeable, and really made an effort to understand our needs. The challenges of a 100+ year old house did not phase him. He even worked on Christmas Eve to complete our project! We are so pleased with the work and would definitely recommend Walsh Brothers! ~ Jane C

Kevin was very pleasant to work with. He discussed detailed options with my husband and I, finished work in less time than projected and even cleaned up after himself. We very much appreciated his level of professionalism and down to earth nature. Kevin installed a ground wire to our main box that both the original installer and the RV repairman neglected to do or do properly. We are really glad we called them.They updated a service panel from a fuse box, added outlets & much more. - They spent lots of time communicating to my husband & educating him on our electric in our 1900s home. The young lady in their office is absolutely wonderful, kept us informed, the service tech, (Kevin) absolutely amazing. Very polite, knowledgeable and professional... This is the third time I have had Walsh Brothers out. They are always timely and professional. Kevin was running a little late but I was notified and it was still within the arrival window I was originally told. The company was out the next day diagnosed the problem the Kevin picked up the parts the same day came out the next day and replaced the service panel. Came home and had no electricity in 2 upstairs rooms. Called Walsh brothers and they were here with in 30min. Got it fixed and we're gone with in an hour. Very good customer service, technician was very nice. Overall a great experience. ~ Steph S

Walsh Brothers was prompt in getting back to us on initial contact. Very friendly during the estimate and arrived early before they said they would on install day. Electric is never cheap but they were very reasonable for the work we had done. ~ Jay F
